Packages are solely based on hours per week/month that are dedicated to you and your business. Each package can include any of the services listed above depending on what support you want.
*Packages are typically billed in monthly increments, but payment plans are always available.
You can reach out by scheduling a free, 30-minute discovery call or messaging me via email, DM, or contact form!
If we decide to work together, you’ll choose your package and I’ll start the onboarding process.
You’ll sign your contract and pay your initial invoice. Then, we'll both prepare for our first week of work together.
We’ll meet during our first week together to review all the details, discuss how I can best support you, and make a plan.
1. Say '"hey"
2. Choose your fighter
3. Make it official
4. Kick off
Sound like a plan?
My office hours are 10:00am-5:00pm EST/EDT, but I mostly work from 10:00am-2:00pm. My *official* response time is 2 business days, but I generally respond within 1 business day if not the same day depending on what my day looks like. Every day looks different!
Since I’m a human (and not a robot), I can’t give an *exact* answer to this question. However, I can give you a general estimate of how long certain tasks will take to be completed. If you’re asking because you’re unsure of which package is the right fit for you, I would recommend starting with the lowest package and increasing hours if needed.
During the onboarding process, I’ll create a Trello board customized to you and your business. If you have a system that you know and love, we can always use that instead or a combination of the two! I also offer to send an end of week summary of the work I’ve completed and my plan for the next week.
I typically communicate with clients via email and Trello, but we can figure out an alternative if there’s something that would be more supportive for you. I suggest having regular check-in calls, but they’re not required. These calls would be counted towards my hours for the week of our meeting.
Prior to our kickoff call, I recommend that you share (or prepare) any instructions, SOP’s, and account information that I’ll need to complete my work.
