You can reach out by scheduling a free, 30-minute call or messaging me via email, DM, or contact form. We'll make a plan for your Hey Day & pick a date!
You’ll sign your contract and pay your invoice, and we'll get your Hey Day added to the calendar!
I'll create a questionnaire to collect the information I’ll need. You’ll fill it out prior to your Hey Day.
We’ll meet at the beginning of the day to review our plan and any remaining questions. Then, I’ll get to work!

I generally offer 2 Hey Days per month, but that can vary depending on my capacity. If you want to get updated about my availability, join my waitlist here. I offer Hey Days on Wednesdays, but if that doesn't work for you, please reach out to me and we can try to find a day that works for both of us!
Ideally, Hey Days should be booked at least 2 weeks out to give us enough time to plan your Hey Day, complete your onboarding, and prepare any materials that are needed to complete my tasks.
Not exactly! VIP days are traditionally marketed as miracle solutions, and while a Hey Day can be supportive, it’s not intended to solve all of your problems. However, it can definitely help move things forward!
No! I only ask that you’re available at the beginning and end of the day for our kickoff and wrap-up calls. Other than that, I will only need to check in with you if I run into a roadblock and need your feedback to continue my work.
We'll start the day with our kickoff call at 10:30am. Then, I’ll complete my work from 11:00am-4:00pm with a lunch break from 1:00-2:00pm. After my final work block, I’ll prepare a summary for you. Then, we’ll end our day with our wrap-up call at 4:30pm.
